Ilithios was born in Queens and raised between New York and Greece by a Korean mother and Greek father. Never entirely fitting in with any culture, his music reflects that perpetual feeling of not belonging and being stuck between worlds by dipping in and out of pop, dance, and rock.
Though this project is new/recent, Ilithios has long been involved in the NYC/Brooklyn DIY music scene and is currently also a member of the Brooklyn band Catty, while he previously played with pow wow! and Coyote Eyes.
